House Husbands' Heart Risk
Most people assume that life in the rat race is bad for your health. But reversing the traditional gender roles, being a house husband is a stressful business, according to the latest research by American scientists. By giving up their jobs in order to become house husbands, men increase their risk of heart attack or coronary disease by as much as 82% according to research based on 10 year study of 2.500 people in Boston, USA. According to Dr. Elaine Eaker, the key to the problem is that some men became stressed about performing a role not traditionally assign to them by society. Men who stay at home tend not to have the same levels of support from friends and family women do the same. Jack O'Sullivan, of the Father's Direct group, was quoted as saying: "Society expects the main career should be a woman and society is structured around that. Day care is called mother and toddler groups and some men feel awkward about belonging to those groups. Profesor Gary Cooper, a psychologist at the University of Manchester, said many men tend to underestimate the task of caring for a family. He said 'Most men think being a house husband involves putting on a bit of washing, taking the kids to school and then putting their feet up with a cup of coffee. They are crazy. Most men are not used to performing a variety of activities simultaneously - the kind of multi-tasking which is second nature to most women.' It is estimated that men have taken over the main homemaker's role in one in seven homes, as increasing numbers of women become the main breadwinner. The study also found that women in high-powered jobs were more likely to develop heart disease than those in more junior positions.

should be banned from the city. As we all know, cars create pollution, and
cause a lot of road deaths and other accidents.
Firstly,
cars, as well as we know, contribute to most of the pollution in the world.
Cars emit a deadly gas that causes illness such as bronchitis, lung cancers and
“triggers” of asthma. Some of these illnesses are so bad that people can die
from them.
Secondly,
a city is very busy. Pedestrians wander everywhere and cars commonly hit
pedestrians in a city, which causes them to die. Cars, today, are the biggest
killers on roads.
In
conclusion, cars should be banned from a city for the reasons listed above.

Firstly, the chemicals in the pesticides may build up as residues in the environment and in the soil which absorbs the chemicals. This reduces the quality of farm product.
Secondly, pests can gradually become resistant to pesticides. This means that newer and stronger ones have to be developed.
Lastly, some pesticides affect non target plants and animals such as fish and bees. This affects the ecology and environment as well.
So, understanding of ecology of an area helps a lot in pest control. Pesticides should be chosen and applied carefully so that they don't affect the ecological balance and environment.

SHOULD
CARS BE BANNED FROM THE CITY ?
Cars should be banned from the city center at least in the biggest cities
because they bring on more problems than benefits. Pollution is the top one
major drawback, along with traffic jams and a relentless decrease in local
commerce.
Firstly, it is widely known
that cars are responsible for the highest levels of carbon dioxide emissions,
the most common greenhouse gas.
Secondly, public transportation
should be the priority mean of commuting. Even after the implementation of
urban toll, London and São Paulo have reached peaks of immobility in their
centers in the last decades. London has fallen back on bicycle routes and São
Paulo has tried hard to work up subway and buses lines.
In addition to that, local
commerce looses pedestrians and consequently sales volume decreases. Local
residents are forced to move out of the city center making the area much more
devaluated.
In some conditions, cars can be good for us if we want to go to a
far destination. But, in the other hand,
cars become not good for human health caused by the carbon dioxide emissions.
What can we do now is, starting using public transportation rather than private
transportation. So, we have to know how to use cars wisely for our life.

"HAVING
BREAKFAST IS NECESSARY FOR US"
Technology was changing time by time, until now. Nowadays, not only technology that moving fast, but also human activity. Once we were moving, somehow it would just like never stop. Studying at school, working in the office, doing some household, etc. Time'll never walk slowly or walk forward or even stop. They'll always keep walk and sometime, run.
Well, it was good, if we do it with a hard work and keep trying, we'll get the best in the future.
Now, as all of us know about that, we should have a good condition to do almost every activity, right?
Good condition make a better mood, and a better mood bring us the brighter or the best idea and stamina. That's why breakfast was very important in this point. Why?
Almost any and every activity, we begin it at the morning. And to start it, we have to get some energy, carbohidrat, and calorie to stay up fit. Breakfast in the morning is the perfect fuel for that.
A healthy breakfast do bring a lot of advantages.
First, the one and almost important is, that our body need some energy to start a day, and a breakfast give what it needs. Calorie, carbohidrat, protein, zinc, and calsium make it perfect. At least, if we do our breakfast, we will be more fit do some activity until at noon. Without breakfast, we could just 'survive' for about 2 or 3 hours.
Second, if we should concentrate something, breakfast can help us. Of course it does, because a breakfast that contain some fresh fruit in it, we'll be much good at concern, espesially to do a thing like study at school. Do activity with an empty stomach, it just make us sleepy all day.
Third, our body will look fit, fresh, and good for the day, if we eat breakfast plus some milk or juice. Eating no breakfast make our body weak and pale.
The last, from the psychal side, breakfast was very important for a family. It's the time when the big family came to eat at the table together and say 'hi' or 'good morning' to each others. It is good for the family harmony.

children using computer
Computer and internet are useful as well as
powerful. Information about health and safe usage of computer and Internet,
especially for children, should be owned by each family. Computer connected to
internet is powerful way to socialize with others. It can be good but also bad
effect. Recently we hear a lot of children get the advantage of social
networking sites but we often see the news about the disadvantage of it for
children. Healthy and safety of computer and Internet usage should continue to
be campaigned.
The role of parent in assisting and directing children in using computer is very necessary. Installation of software monitor such as key logger which has function to watch and note all activities relating to keyboard usage is helpful but not enough to protect children from potential harms. Children tend to hide what they have done in front of the computer to their parent. They see that all of they have done are their privacy and no one may know.
We can not prevent children from using computer because it is multifunctional. However, many parents worry about what their kids do in front of the computer; whether they are doing homework or even just playing games. Or spending all time to surf internet which is the materials do not fit with his age. There is a tendency, especially teenagers, want to become acquainted with many strangers out side.
